If you have an inside corporate network or home network, you can share files with other computers in your house or share office documents with your co-workers.
To share folders follow these simple steps:
#1. Create a new folder,you can place inside the C drive or you can put in on your desktop or inside "MY DOCUMENTS" folder.
#2. Select the folder and right click on it, select "PROPERTIES".The folder properties window appears.
#3. On the top of the window, click on "sharing" tab.and select the" radio button".Share this folder then enter a desired name for shared file.
#4. On the same window,click on "Permission" and the permission window will appear.The default group or username is readable by everyone, you can add or remove another group or user by clicking the "Add" or "Remove", buttons.
#5. In the permissions box, give proper permissions to each group or user "Read" means to allow the user to read only, while "change" grants to edit and "full control" means you grant access to read, edit and delete files within the shared folder.
#6. To test your work: Go to start, click on Run, enter the network path to the folder, it looks like this :pcnamessharedfoldername Try it once.

- You don't need any blanck CD or a flash drive to another computer to copy the files.
